We are hiring Entry-Level Production Associates to join our team. We provide full on-the-job training for motivated candidates seeking a career in manufacturing. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. Key duties include maintaining workflow by matching the machine's output, continuously monitoring and ensuring part quality according to procedures, and performing all necessary post-production operations (e.g., trimming, packing, labeling). The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities also require verifying label accuracy, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and promptly reporting equipment or quality issues to a supervisor.

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steel or Composite Toed Shoes/Boots must be worn.
