PLC Engineer
Design and develop PLC-based control systems for conveying and material handling equipment. Program and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and drive systems. Electrical panel design, component selection, and control architecture. Configure and integrate industrial communication networks. Support machine testing, commissioning, and system validation. Work with engineering teams to develop and improve automation solutions. Create and maintain electrical schematics, control drawings, and technical documentation. Assist with system troubleshooting and root cause analysis during machine development. Support standardization and continuous improvement of control system designs.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience in industrial automation. Basic understanding of PLC programming and industrial controls. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team-based engineering environment.
Experience with Allen‑Bradley / Rockwell Automation PLC platforms (CompactLogix, ControlLogix, Micro800). Experience programming and troubleshooting Rockwell PLC platforms.
