Represent clients in Immigration Court at master and individual hearings. Draft and argue motions, appeals, and trial strategies. Handle complex cases: deportation defense, citizenship, asylum, bond, and waiver hearings. Deliver strong oral advocacy in high-pressure settings. Guide clients with compassion and professionalism through life-changing proceedings. Required Qualifications Active license to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing. Proven ability to handle removal defense and USCIS filings . Strong skills in litigation, communication, organization, and advocacy. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications (Two Tracks) 10+ years of courtroom experience in immigration law with a strong trial record.
