About the Role: Seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join its growing immigration practice. The attorney will represent individuals and families in a variety of U.S. immigration matters, provide strategic legal advice, prepare and review filings, and represent clients before USCIS and Immigration Courts. The firm's immigration practice specifically handles family petitions, work authorization/TPS, asylum and removal defense, waivers, citizenship, VAWA/U/T visas, SIJS, FOIA requests, and related immigration matters. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications with USCIS. Communicate directly with clients and provide clear explanations of legal options and case status. Review case files and ensure filings are accurate, complete, and submitted within applicable deadlines. Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and other attorneys. Maintain accurate case records and timely case-management updates. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school. Active U.S. state bar license in good standing. Immigration law experience preferred. Experience with USCIS and/or EOIR proceedings. Strong legal research, writing, and case-management skills.
